Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within the UAE and USA. We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time. If this changes in the future, we will update our shipping policy accordingly.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

UAE: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days within the UAE.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

During peak periods (e.g., holidays), delivery times may be slightly extended, but we will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of AED 20 applies to all orders within the UAE.

Free shipping is available for orders over AED 350 within the UAE only.

For International orders, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the order size and destination.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your delivery fails due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you to arrange for re-delivery at an additional cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and either replace the item or issue a refund if necessary.
